This service’s cancellation policy…
If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, two business days’ notice must be given. If less than 2 business days’ notice is given, or if your child fails to attend, full payment of the scheduled fee is required.

As a child-oriented service, you are asked not to attend appointments if your child has a fever, diarrhoea, vomiting or other contagious illness. This helps protect the health of everyone. In recognition of your support, if your child develops a contagious illness and you provide at least 2 hours’ notice before your appointment, a 25% reduction on the fee payable is applied.
Payment of Cancellation Fees
If you cancel an appointment within 2 business days, an invoice will be emailed to you. Unfortunately, no further appointments can be offered until cancellation fees are paid.
Repeated cancellations
Clients cancelling 3 appointments in succession will be placed on a waiting list for further appointments.
